A new style post
An understated elegance in the form of an off shoulder top used as a tube top and long black skirt with side slit paired with a holographic purse. I'd always hesitate wearing pieces that looks too mature in nature but now they are finding their way to my closet. I am learning to adapt to the whole idea of basics is the new black, wherein white on white is always a good idea and black on black is glamorously splendid. The same notion applies to what I have realized over the weekend which I spent with my whole family. For months now I have always chosen work over anything. I spend hours working on my station at home and even when I'm in school I still manage to do work (Lots of it!) But work on work doesn't really feel like it when you do something that you love. After what seemed like an incursion of lessons-learned, it is absolutely astonishing how much personal development could happen, maturity has leveled up my style game and it has leveled up my personality as well. I am gratified with the new friendships and countless opportunities that this blog alone has gotten me. And if there's one thing I'd like to say that is related to this style post and to the certain areas of my life, it's that: I've finally come to realize that every pieces in my wardrobe is important, but what's more important is the woman who is wearing it.
