Staycation at The Exchange Regency Hotel Ortigas

/

I've always dreamed of living in a hotel. The thought of lounging in a fluffy robe and room service makes me so giddy all the time. April has been a very stressful month for me and I knew my body and soul needed a quick getaway to relax and unwind and just fall in love with life all over again. I'm so glad to have had a partner who's also keen on staying at hotels and enjoying life to the fullest. One random Friday during April, we decided to book a hotel room at The Exchange Regency Ortigas, both near our office and is strategically located in the middle of Ortigas (which also means it's in the middle of everything! LOL).
Ever since I discovered Booking.Com I've been using their impeccable smooth service! I booked just a day before our preferred date of stay and they made sure we get everything we requested. We had to check in at around 8pm since I had to pick something up at SM Megamall and when we arrived at the hotel, their front desk instantly assisted us and they were all so nice! They said that they were expecting us to arrive and have our room prepared already. :)

I've been recommending Booking.Com to all my family and friends because I've never had a problem with their service. They reply quick via email and they always make sure to arrange everything as per your request. :)

We had an amazing time at The Exchange Regency, I watched 13 Reasons Why on Netflix all night while eating my favorite Salted Egg Chicken Wings from Frankie's and two orders of Chowking Chao Fan! :) Favorite combo of all time! :D Around 1 AM, we decided to head out and drink a beer or two but of course the grandma inside of me opted for a cup of coffee at a nearby cafe instead. :p

I woke up a bit late the next morning, around 9 AM we walked from The Exchange Regency Hotel to Rufo's at Pearl Drive to have breakfast. It was a very refreshing 10 minute walk since there were less cars and the sun was so bright and it just felt really good to walk around. I went to the pool for a quick swim before we check out and I honestly enjoyed swimming alone. The pool and other fun facilities like the gym and playground is located at the 3rd floor, and you can really see a great view of the city.

I wish we could've stayed longer but we'll definitely be back again! :)
